BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Kim Marshall is a seasoned executive and corporate director with deep experience across the electricity sector, private industry, and the broader public sector. A former Chief Financial Officer, she is known for expertly navigating complex stakeholder environments, championing strong financial stewardship, operational excellence, and effective governance within highly regulated environments.

Kim currently serves on multiple boards including University Health Network (UHN), MLSE Foundation, and Elexicon Energy, contributing expertise in finance, risk oversight, capital planning, and long-term strategic direction.  

Recognized for her ability to lead through change and align financial strategy with mission and impact, Kim is known for her commitment to building strong, resilient institutions that serve communities for the long term.

Outside the boardroom, Kim is an avid traveler, a student of golf and a theatre lover. She is also known for her dry wit, thoughtful mentorship, and ability to connect good people and great ideas with purpose.
