Keith Pelley became President & CEO of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) in April 2024. He leads one of the world’s top sports and entertainment organizations, home to the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts and more, and the operator of Scotiabank Arena—one of the busiest venues globally.
A Toronto native, Pelley joined MLSE after eight years as CEO of the European Tour Group, where he helped modernize global golf, introduced the Rolex Series and G4D Tour, strengthened international partnerships, and delivered record-setting Ryder Cups. His previous leadership roles include President of Rogers Media, President of TSN, and President & CEO of the Toronto Argonauts, winning the 2004 Grey Cup.
Widely recognized for his industry and community contributions, Pelley has supported numerous charitable organizations and received several professional honours. He is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University and holds an ATCL Diploma from Trinity College London. He and his wife, Joan, have two children, Jason and Hope.
