BOARD OF DIRECTORS

David Miller is a seasoned legal executive and corporate director with extensive experience in governance, regulation, and risk management. He served as Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer and Secretary at Rogers Communications for more than three decades, guiding the company through significant industry, regulatory, and strategic change.

David has held a range of board and advisory roles, including director positions with CI Financial / CI Private Wealth and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, and has been active in professional bodies such as the Ontario Bar Association.

Deeply committed to education and community, David is closely involved with Toronto Metropolitan University’s Ted Rogers School of Management, where a scholarship in his name supports students in law and business, and where he has served as a Distinguished Visiting Professor and member of the Law & Business Advisory Council.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and both civil and common law degrees from McGill University.
