SELECTION COMMITTEES

Ronnie is Psychology graduate from York University and in 2022 earned the Robert J. Tiffin Student Leadership Award for his impactful contributions to the York community. Ronnie's passion for hockey led him to travel across the UK before receiving an invitation to join the Jamaican Olympic Ice Hockey Team. In Toronto, he became involved with the MLSE Foundation and LaunchPad, coaching in the Home Ice Hockey program to break barriers for youth, while also participating in mentorship programs like the BIPOC Hockey Coach Mentorship Program. Ronnie aspires to inspire youth globally through his journey and diverse experiences, aiming to empower the next generation in sports through his "Change the Game" initiative.
