The Keg Elevates PA Day at MLSE LaunchPad
MLSE Foundation is proud to partner with The Keg to help create more meaningful, engaging experiences for youth at MLSE LaunchPad. Through this collaboration, The Keg supported MLSE LaunchPad’s most recent PA Day programming, helping to ensure that youth had access to safe spaces, enriching activities, and opportunities to learn, play, and thrive on days when school is out. By investing in high-quality programming during school breaks, the partnership continues to remove barriers to sport participation.
“MLSE LaunchPad is a cornerstone in the community, creating meaningful opportunities for youth through play, sport, and access to nutrition,” said Chantal Chiarelli, Vice President of Marketing at The Keg. “We’re both grateful and proud to have the opportunity to work alongside an organization that is so deeply committed to youth development."

"Being able to connect directly with youth and share in moments of pure play and joy brought the impact of this partnership to life.”
The PA Day programming was built around the theme Celebrating Women in Sport, offering youth a dynamic, rotation-style schedule of activities both on and off the court. Throughout the day, participants took part in basketball drills, rock climbing sessions, women-in-sport themed trivia, a self-esteem workshop, and more—each activity designed to promote confidence, inclusion, and positive physical literacy. Adding to the excitement, the day even included a special visit from the Toronto Raptors mascot, creating memorable moments for youth and amplifying the energy throughout the facility.
The Keg further enhanced the experience by bringing a number of employees on-site to volunteer alongside MLSE LaunchPad staff. Their presence helped encourage youth participation and strengthen the connection between corporate partners and the community impact being created.

“It’s important for youth voices to be at the table during important conversations surrounding youth programming and community..."
“Together, we collaborated to build a thoughtfully curated PA Day program that would be engaging, inclusive, and fun for youth,” said Chiarelli. “It was especially rewarding to have our employees, affectionately known as “Keggers” on-site, actively participating as energizers and supporters, fully immersed in the experience. Being able to connect directly with youth and share in moments of pure play and joy brought the impact of this partnership to life.”
MLSE Foundation is excited to continue its partnership with The Keg with another impactful initiative being planned for later this year.
